1 Definitions

3 Eligibility & Age Verification

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

7 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the point of offer. The following general bonus terms apply to all pp777 promotions unless specifically stated otherwise:

8.4 Interrupted Sessions

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pp777:

10 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly PKR deposit caps configurable from account settings. Reductions are immediate; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.

pp777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time and without prior notice where:

• There is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The Player has registered from a Prohibited Territory.
• A Player has violated the prohibited conduct provisions set out in Section 9.
• Required by applicable law or a lawful order from a competent authority.

Where an account is closed for a proven terms violation, pp777 reserves the right to forfeit the balance of any bonus funds and, in cases of fraud or prohibited conduct, to withhold or confiscate any or all funds held in the PKR Wallet pending investigation and, where appropriate, return them to the source of the original deposit. Real money funds not connected to prohibited activity will be returned to the Player through the original deposit method where feasible.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, pp777 will communicate the reason for suspension and the expected investigation timeline to the Player via their registered email address, subject to any legal restrictions on disclosure.

12 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use pp777 for personal entertainment purposes only.

13 Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude pp777's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under applicable law. pp777's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall in any event not exceed the total amount of real money funds deposited by that Player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
